Caller: Someone saying they are from Telstra

Someone saying they are from Telstra saying they want to help me with hackers on my account and provided me with a reference number .I think the caller was not from TELSTRA so I hung up .

Annoying poor English caller saying he was from Telstra and wanted me to make Network changes to 'prevent' access by hackers.

Supposed to be from Testra. Rang on my landline, stating that the mobile number was not secure enough to speak on when I asked why they didn't use my mobile number. There is supposed to be some international people using my IP address. When asked how do they know that these people do not have permission to use my IP address, the caller stated that they know they are not supposed to be using it. When questioned further for more details, no real answers were given.

Caller hung up before I could answer the phone. Probably a scammer & someone answered their phone so the call to me was abandoned. No message left.
