Has rung two days in a row. Doesn’t leave a voicemail and doesn’t respond when picked up

Just said my name then hung up

Called last 2 days, today left voicemail that was automated saying will contact further, seemed cut off.

Called multiple time no message is left or voicemail

Called five times never on weekends picked up once and didn't say anything

Ive had like 10 calls from this number over a few days. I called the number back and they said "thank you for calling CCI refunds department, how can I help you?"

Calls several times daily but won't leave a message and when I rang says they are CCI refunds?

Constantly calling my number up to 4 times a day. I call this harassment

Has rang me 9 times just today alone! I have now blocked the number.

Weird Call that doesn’t ring or vibrate phone but shows number, then leaves a missed call message on phone

Gotten about 3 missed calls a day for a week, I called back, couldn't understand a word

Number phoned and I was unable to answer. Rang back later in the day and when I answered there was breathing but no response from the person then they hung up.
