Called the number and was automated message from surge direct saying that they call on behalf of charities.

I didn't pick up call went to voicemail and says they're are calling on behalf of a charity I support.

I didn't answer and there was a voicemail message with Indian music and people talking. Scam.

Caller: 'Surge Direct'

Don't know how I missed the call, but I called back and it was a recorded message that it's Surge Direct and they'd've called 'on behalf of one of our charity partners' so I'm assuming one of the charities I support uses them as the call centre.

Answered call. Heard woman's voice before she hung up.
