Possibly trying to sell IT network equipment, or could be a recruiter fishing for company information and contact details. Claimed to be calling "on behalf of Ingram Micro", when pressed to state the name of the actual company they were calling from, disconnected the call.

Trying to flog networking equipment " on behalf of HP" When pushed for the business name they responded with System Squared.
They contacted a personal mobile on a number listed on the do not contact register.

Cyber Security wanting to talk to the CEO phone numbers, emails other ways to "contact them". Bye Bye scammer...📵☎️📴🤣👌😁

Pretending to want to speak to the Director and needs to send them an email. They already knew it, lots of background callers noise and line beeping.

Answered call and then it dialled... I could hear someone at the other end (Waiting for me to speak!) Ah!

Try to dig out structure and email address details of your company.
will ask you who is the manager and their email address...etc.
