Man claimed to be from AGL, with exactly the same speel and recordings as AGL. Have confirmed with AGL that this is a scam caller.

Cancelled my AGL plan - had multiple missed called from this number the day my new plan was connected. Didn't answer any calls as I saw the other comments about the number

Claiming to be from AGL on this number. I just stopped the call but they phoned again. I didn't pick up the 2nd time.

I cancelled my account with AGL - it finally switched to my new service provider today, and now AGL have called me 6 times in one day and also sent me a text with an exclusive offer to try to get me to go back to them. Pretty sure stalking me is not the way to make me want to go back. Very annoying.

Turns out AGL also owe me a refund of over $100 this will be interesting when I ring them on my terms.

I've just unhooked from AGL. Judging by the other comments it's AGL.
Glad I didn't answer. I dumped them because 3 times now they have mucked up my connections when moving, leaving me in the sh*t with other providers.
End of the day I'm not copying penalties due to their incompetence.
Blocking their number.
