This is another telemarketing campaign from Power Savers (or something similar). Caller from a Non-english speaking back ground so difficult to understand

Show up as from Russell Island. No message left.

I’d say it was a scammer or a telemarketer given the message when I phoned back said the number is invalid or incomplete
