Caller: call centre trying to sign up for Solar Program

Missed call: I phoned back and it was call centre trying to sign up people for Solar Program. My phone number is listed on the DO NOT CALL website so not sure why I continue to get these calls

Called twice - rang only twice each time - no message left. My phone said it was spam and not to answer. It also said it was calling from Dunwich
