Caller: Emma from "Claims" "Emma" with a strong subcontinental accent wanted to talk to me about my claim for a "recent car accident" which I have not had. Second call from a company like this. Disgusting.

Caller: I don't know Whoever rang, the phone number came up as being from "Ipswitch". She didn't say anything for a while. There was noise in the background. Then pretended that the phone connection was bad. She asked "Are you there ..." and gave my actual name. She said that again, and then hang up. When I rang this number, Telstra's automated message was "The number you have called is not connected"
