Caller: IPA "James" from IPA wanting to talk about the recent rate rise for private health insurance. Told him I was on the pension and didn't have health insurance. "James" hung up very quickly. The bloke had an Australian accent, and didn't seem to be calling from a call centre, though there was the typical silence at the start of the call.
