The following number claims to be IT service desk at St. Vincents, however is listed in a completely different state. Caller did not sound like an IT professional- I told him my IT issues were resolved and had no reason or need for IT'S help, continued to press to "just wanted to talk to me for a few minutes" and asking for private details for my account access (although when questioned couldn't tell me why he needed it). Wasn't able to give me an answer why the number was from a different state and was upset when suggested I'd email or call the IT service desk directly rather than manage any issues from unknown callers on the phone.

Phishing call - claiming to be St Vincent's Hospital digital helpdesk. He told me that my St Vincent’s account had been compromised and I needed to change my passwords he asked for my postcode and employee number. I said no as it sounded dodgy he proceeded to tell me that if I rang IT now there would be big queues and I would have a long wait. I told him I would follow up and hung up.
