Claimed to be from NBN/Telstra, they were updating our internet line to fibre optic in our postcode area. There was no pressure, no hurry, they would deliver me a new modem, then they got to the crux of the call, only cost would be $4.35 for the new modem delivery, to be paid over the phone. I declined.
