Automated request for feedback would have been about a recent call I made to Australia Post (131318) regarding tracking an overseas parcel - the Australia Post employee I phoned, did their job courteously and professionally despite the long wait to be answered. The overall impression was spoilt by the ill-conceived, poorly designed follow up. Due to the ill-considered follow up feedback system, I would now rate Aus Post as -10.

its incredibly rude of australia post to have this policy in place. I suggest to all who have mobiles/homephone to have the number blocked asap. Take note of the exact time/s they ring on home phone then relay this back to phone company. I've been getting another nuisance call from cellar masters who do the same thing. I think these companies save money by making us ring their number therefore we pay the phone bill. they don't. I know what type of feedback I'd be giving them.

Yes it sux... This is why I chose not to have a land line so I could avoid such phone calls as these types of surverys!
