Said they were from Telstra internet providers i tokd them I dont use Telstra and they hung up. Active call centre background likely a recording. They hung up

Caller: Claimed to be from eBay

Very noisy call centre, claimed to be from eBay, which I don't use so I hung up and blocked straight away.

Scam. Says it's a mobile number that's disconnected when trying to call back.

Caller: Claimed to be "eBay Customer Support"

Once I answered it took a moment to connect, which I suspect was a delay as an automated system dialled out to another line. Kathryn answered from "eBay Customer Support". When I answered with "What can I do for you Kathryn" the line was cut. Web searches for this number suggest many different claims are made about who is calling with the same result of the call ending quickly. The exact reason behind doing this I don't know (who makes money from it and how), but I conclude it to be a scam of some sort.

Received a call from this number, did answer and they just hang up after a few rings…most likely an international scam call

Phone did not answer as its an unknown number but they did not leave a message so assume its a scam
