Thinking about taking action anti discrimination board and human rights. What I experienced working for them was shocking!

Hey guys, I worked for this company in the Brisbane office for a week then got fired as a result of not hitting sales targets. They are arrogant f*ck heads to work for, I was only given cold data to call and struggled to make a couple of sales a day, calling mostly pensioners, unemployed, and people that would never even consider giving their credit card details over the phone. I was informed by many people I called that they were on a no call register, whilst favourites within the company were given phone numbers of people who previously stayed in the hotels they're advertising, and easily hit 10+ sales per day. There was one guy I called who had coincidentally bought two packages several months earlier, but had not received either in the mail, I gave him the number of my boss to call, then called him a a few days later to check if the problem was solved, and he told me that my boss accused him of lying and hung up.

Despite that the company is run by complete f*ckwits, the general consensus I've gotten from calling people who have coincidentally, previously stayed at the hotels I'm advertising is that the deals being offered are very good for the price. Eg. a 2 night stay over a weekend or 3 nights midweek at the 4.5 star Mckracken Country Club at Victor Harbour for $289 in total.

have received no certificates or any other information that they promised to send out to me. I paid the $99.00 membership fee in June 2017 Its now Jan 2018 I have received nothing except phone calls trying to get me to sign up again. They billed my credit card the same day Have rung them twice and have tried to get my money back and when they ring me and I tell them about what has been going on they say they will Look into it, pass this onto my manager Someone will ring you back this afternoon. I am not holding my breath on this . I am fed up with the lies and promises they have told me over the last 7 months Never again will I deal with this Shonky company

My experience working for this company lasted 4 days . Not allowed to pause and take a breath until you have delivered your script. If someone objects you are suppose to talk them
Into the sale and ask scripted questions why not . .While there are some people working there making great sales they have a customer data base to call . Training was almost nonexistent other than role playing with the other new employees . No sale no job . Felt like school having to put your hand up and register every call. If you have a soft nature not the job for you . Staff were lovely but very established in their role . From the group of 10 that started with me after 4 days only 2 came back .

Zero idea, based on these posts about SUNSEEKER HOLIDAYS, as to how Stuart's car hasn't been keyed... That prick is pure A Current Affair material. There must be a million people out there with an axe to grind.

clearly not, wanker. shonky donk operation. half an hour training and on phones. wanker call centre supervisor - brisbane, lets say 2 yr ago, i think "stuart", in and out of office ad nauseum at key times. new employees given zero induction. when something goes wrong - "you're fired", on spot; resistance results in firing becoming public/visible to the entire centre. completely horrendous experience in every way. this workplace belongs in a movie. very sorry for stu and the people apparently thriving here. very bottomdwelling operation. in my experience very bottomdwelling people.

i went for a group interview with 2 others and the lady who was the so called manager took one look at us all and immediately said sales isn't for us. Fair enough I appreciate honesty and I guess being in the industry for a while would know you either have sales skills or you don't. But then she expected us to still fill in the application forms and show up for training the next day!! So why would I still apply for a job here when you just said to my face that I'm not suitable for this role? She kept saying that if we didn't make 5 sales in 3 days she would fire us on the spot so no way was I going to be wasting my time and I don't think she would've paid any of us for those 3 days.
So I wouldn't work there not because I don't think sales is for me but because I wouldn't want an obnoxious bitch like her to be my boss! Don't waste your time applying for a job here people. You're better off somewhere else where you will get treated with respect and have a boss who would believe in you not make you feel like sh*t before even saying 2 words!

I worked at sun seeker while peter was the supervisor of the outbound calls he was so cool to us.

The new manager was utterly rude to all the workers put on an act just cause he gets paid more than all of us, he fired afew people the day after he started which was appalling. And others lefts as well cause he expected everyone to reach target afew new people came through some stayed some got the sack. Afew weeks the top sellers got sacked for not agreeing to his stuff and I wasnt either especially with the CEO's which is why I left myself.

Its so corrupted this company is and ill advisenot to by there deals cause your details will get stolen and they say they shred it all up but I was in the office and they keep your details.

Sunseeker Holidays are the worst company to work for. You are treated less than human daily and expected to treat people on the other end of the phone like just a number. You are expected to (and get in trouble if you don't) talk over the top of people, object their objections and read off a script like you're a puppet. Get rid of these shonky people.

I have used them in the past and it worked out well but now it is impossible to contact them by phone or email - absolutely no response. I think they are very shonky and will not use them again. All I want to do is change a voucher which they said I could do online BUT it shows the change but I did not get a new voucher and need a Certificate number for the new voucher to be valid. No point in faxing, no fax number and when I checked the address with telephone numbers there is no place associated with the number. I too am on do not call but they ignore that.

I stupidly agree to pay in advance $79.00 but now my credit card has been charged for a further $700 in various charges. Do not trust this company as I have had money removed without permission. Have had to cancel card due to the unauthorized use of card.
