Was looking online at insurance deals on comparethemarket before I started receiving these calls, they called me four times in the space of 8 hours on the first day. I didn't answer once but they just leave blank messages when they ring and go to voicemail. What a sneaky way to try and get business.

Insurance Related. I got several quotes from insurers, and chose one that was not Budget Direct but this number keeps calling. No message left, just a long blank voicemail. VERY ANNOYING!!!!

That explains a lot. I too have been on the net with compare the market and ever since then, I have been receiving these calls too. Any way I can get them to stop?

Compare the market would make sense - I had recently used the website to compare insurance quotes and then had 4 calls from this number in the evening, no messages left.

Keeps calling at odd hours and its blank when I answer it or they go through to voice mail and just hang up!! Very annoying
