Caller: Surf Life Savers Called after signing what I thought was a once off raffle ticket purchase - they confirmed it was a monthly payment which I quickly reversed. No hassle, very obliging.

Caller: Surf Lifesaving Don't want to cancel my ongoing subscription for donations? That's fine, just change the card information to prevent them taking any more money from my account! This number will call you about 1-2 days after they first get their declined transactions, they are really unhappy.
Context: I found another cause I wanted to support with ongoing donations and wanted to cancel the automated transaction, but every time I was told "yes we will get onto that right now and cancel" it never did. Always someone different on the phone and no history of my request for cancellation.
