this number call consistently every week, they never want to say where they are calling from until i confirm my name, which i wont do until they say where they are calling from. Its a cat and mouse game every time, it must be a scam

The lady called me via this number said that i should pay the fine of unlawful car parking, i told her that the skill of my english hearing is not good, she could give a email and told me how to pay. I resarch this number on Google found that this number was from Brisbane. I never been to Brisbane, it is a apprant scam
