I recently attended the Elton John Concert, my five friends decided to stop at Nundah McDonalds for a bite to eat. I had a chicken burger combo meal, on the burger I found a uncut half of a tomato, the burger was dry, plain and did not taste the best, I did not eat it all, and did not want to make a fuss, It was a great night and I didn't want any conflict, I woke up during the night with cramps, throwing up, diarrhea and was in bed unable to attend to my family nor could I attend my work. Due to the fact that the burger was not up to standard, I feel that their may be some issues regarding hygiene and your policies and procedures were not being followed, I am disappointed and to say the least not impressed as to be put in this situation, when my intentions we to enjoy something to eat, I was not the only person in my group that fell ill, two of my friends also were ill, eating similar or the same combo meal. I would like you to look into the standard of this store is met and that no one else falls ill, I am not impressed that I missed work and let my team down, due to the fact that I only wanted to have a burger and enjoy it.
