I rang ME bank on their number, 131563 and someone had been using my card for online purchases. So it is legit.

It turns out that this number is the ME Bank fraud number. Yes, they do not indicate who they are. It's stupid. I went to the ME bank website and called their normal number and they confirmed it is the.
They only ask for conformation of your address and date of birth. They have all your other details and ask for nothing else.
