Introduced saying they were from the Deaf Lottery and wanted to change the frequency of draws to monthly, then wanted to change my payment from Paypal to credit card, I had to option to revert back to Paypal however the CC details had to be provided first! I did not progress with the request. Any changes I thought should have first been via email. Wondering who had obtained my contact details and 'posed' as a representaive from the lottery. I am a member of the lottery.
