My 89 year old father ordered some steps from you a couple of months ago.I recently replaced his old steps with them.
I am very disappointed with the quality of steps that you sent him.Steps are always on display so one would expect a reasonable quality of wood (hard wood, in this case).
The steps that arrived were all full of cracks and some even had damage due to excess strapping whilst in storage.
He had bought steps from another hardware for the front and they are definitely far superior.I suggested he go to Bunnings as I have always found them good in the past.
