We had Hitec do all the doors and windows for our new house and in spite of initial promises to ensure that they stood by their work, they walked away from the end-of-job servicing issues. They had a succession of incompetent "tradesmen" come to rectify what were, in my mind, straightforward problems that they should have been across and each of them left the job in a worse state. At the end of this laborious process, they said they would not fix the doors so I had to stump up for someone else to fix the doors. This process took a year and many phone calls that were never returned............beware!
