SCAMMERS!!! They claimed to be Telstra and that my Home internet IP address had changed from private to public and asked if I authorised that and if not they will assist me to rectify. so I said I would call and check with Telstra myself and hung up. Telstra informed me they wouldn’t call like that and that it’s definitely a scammer. They have even heard of scam Telstra recordings asking you to select menu options etc. Be careful people. They are getting more crafty!
