They make out the are phoning from the command centre in NBN. When questioned further still tried to pull one over me. Finally I said, you are phoning from the company called Commander. Only then did he admit they were not phoning from NBN itself

Just block their number, that simple.

Adam phoned from (07) 3193 6429 and said he had an NBN updates.
Explained that we had communications contracts as a business.
Asked Adam to send an email with the information.
Adam disconnected the call and kept phoning back (at least 6 times). Each time I asked Adam to send an email.

Why can't these call centre folk just go and get an honest job?

Like everyone else, fake NBN call.....they are also calling from (02) 8039 8599, so block that one too....

A male caller claimed from NBN update team, wanted to follow up with our business nbn and telephone lines, obviously if he is from nbn he should know I already connected to the NBN!!!
I called my phone service carrier and being advised that NBN is government entity they DO NOT CALL ANYONE to offer nbn connection!!!!!!
I know block the numbers and report this number to relevant authority.

Calling advising they had "NBN Updates" and needed to speak to the owner. Continuously phones (has phoned already twice today and only 10.30am. Tried to call the number back - (07) 3193 6429 and it is continuously engaged

He has rung a number of time over the past few weeks

Called about an NBN rollout. I advised we already have it and said thanks, but no thanks. He then called a further 12 times.

Received a call stating they were from "NBN Rollout Team" but were asking me about site addresses and if they were on NBN. Caller was rude and condescending, and wouldn't put on a manager when requested.
