Constantly ringing , when I ring back operater tone says number has been disconnected .. now blocked it

Caller: some guy wanting me to help the RSL, by donating to them in a raffle or something. Not sure if I trust them with my card details even tho they said that they only need the long row of numbers on the front of my card
