Knows my first name, called on behalf of some RSL for raffle for soldiers returning from PTSD. I asked how they got my number and said it's probably because I entered previous raffles before. He wants to keep talking, but I hung up and blocked the number.

Claimed to be Travis calling on behalf of the RSL. Voice very muffled. Nearly got the usual story right. When I told him that I already had tickets in this art union, he said thanks and then hung up. They always try to entice you to buy more tickets to increase your chances of winning. He didn't.

They have called a few times with no message left. Called them back and a recorded message says this was a company called "Geek" calling on behalf of RSL Art Union. Number now blocked. Annoying. I hope the RSL is actually not involved, maybe I will email them and let them know.

Now the number has a voice message when I call it back saying it's RSL Lotteries and they WILL be calling me back.
I'm on the do not call register.
I'll lodge a complaint with the ombudsman...that's the only way I could stop MATER lottery from contacting me...it took 2 months to process the complaint.

Missed a call, tried to Call back, and I get a “this call has been disconnected” scammer call I’d guess.

They called me again today...I had it blocked but I get a text message for missed call..the price I pay for blocking...yes...can't call it back as "Optus regrets that the number you are calling is disconnected"

This is the second time I have received a call from this number. Caller remains unknown, they do not leave a message and the one time I rang back I was informed the number was not connected. What gives please?

It’s like they are ‘spoofing’ the number...like Mater hospital does.
