(07) 3182 1420 called our business, when I answered they hung up on me. I called it back and apparently got through to the Optus Business Centre. I said it's pretty rude to hang up on someone when they answer the phone, oh they are SO SORRY etc etc....then asked if someone could drop in when in the area next week. We're already with Optus my friend!!

(07) 3182 1420 called our work and hung up so I called the number back, Optus Business Centre. I spoke to Dennis and asked why they call then hang up? Do they know that it's not only rude but also disruptive? Dennis claims it's the voip auto dial and if no-one is available at their end when it calls it disconnects. I also told Dennis that there are several complaints of the same nature when I Google the number! Dennis then asked if I'm the right person to speak to for our internet and phone services? Bzzzzzzzzz Dennis, we' re already in a contract. Apparently he's going to pass on to his supervisor my complaint about the calls.....yeah right!

Called our work phone and appeared to be a silent line, I said hello and they promptly hung up.

After I said hello they hung up immediately

Called my business, and as soon as I answered, they hung up. Didn't bother calling back.

I answer, they hang up. Just saw the previous two comments so there's no way I'm called these rude people back.

These guys have called a few times and I've missed the call but when I call back I just get a recorded message to say my call is important and to hold the line. It doesn't get answered.
