Caller: Someone from indian call centre pretending to be Victorian government

I have had this same call centre from various numbers including this one pretending to be from the Victorian government , but having been a x government worker they were not even getting government department names right. They talk about some initiative the Victorian government has going, but this last number appeared as a Queensland number which means its a scam as you dont get Victorian government workers calling from Queensland on Queensland numbers.
