I receive a call from Chris at KBS asking for the boss by name. I asked what does KBS stand for. He said if *boss* received the mail he would know. I replied, he will still want to know. What does KBS stand for? Again, I get "polite attitude" from Chris and until finally he realises he's displaying some rather poor sales skills and I WILL NOT FOLD TO HIS TONE. He says it's Key Business Solution. It was like pulling teeth.

So first off, refusing to supply your full business name will not endear you to any receptionist you are trying to pass. You come across as sneaky. Hence I know you are a cold caller. Hence you are going NOWHERE buddy. Oh and I love the way you use a private number to call us, and yes, we did get your letter, I open the bosses mail and tried to find a number so I was able to call you to remove us. But you sneaky bar stools, refused to put any phone number on your marketing material.

FAIL! hence, you have been noted on my "pain in the ass people" list.
