had missed call on mobile from this number, then home phone rang straight after. i answered and no response for about 5 seconds then they hung up

It's an automated system doing telemarketing for NRMA. They were checking up if I was going to renew and selling some extra options.
Took approx 10 seconds from pickup before someone was connected to the line on their end.

ya,,,just now my Mobile ring,,by this number,,
then NO ONE Answered,,after I picked up!

Then,,a second later,,,MY HOME PHONE WAS RINGING!!
again ,,no one answered!!!!

So,Is this the TELEMARKETING CALLS???!!*I (on THINK MOBILE)

They continually call my mobile and hang up after three rings before I can get there

bloody spammers.

2 calls today both silence then hang up... one at 3:30 one at 5.30pm

they rang and hung up before I could answer

I had 4 calls today and called back the number it is a Insurance company.
Can we list this number somewhere as to not call again.

Yup! Two calls from this number for me today!Didn't answer either of them. Feel better now that i've looked up this number and found out i am not the only one!

Called today approx 12:15pm. Didn't answer. It's a Brisbane City number.

got a call from this number, it's Insurance Australia Group, they are just doing surveys, If you have just taken out a policy with NRMA.  They only answer if someone picks up the phone as they are on commission for the time they are on the phone.

I have a couple of missed calls in the last few weeks from this number.  It is very annoying because as soon as I pick up, he/she/machine hang up.
