This number is on a website page for an Indian call centre called ONSTOPFIX.COM The callers pretend they are from Microsoft and that you have a Virus on your computer. They will attempt to gain access to your computer remotely and download malicious software or software that is freely available on line as a virus scanner. They will then try to get your Credit Card or Debit Card details and charge you for their services and ongoing support. Don't be scammed these people are nothing to do with Microsoft, and your computer probably does not have a virus.
