Some guy called from this number saying he was from Microsoft and wanted me to follow his instructions by going onto my computer and changing settings. Its a scam i think!

NO, its not a scam they are a service center who provides services to windows operating system. i have paid them 200 dollars and they have solved all my computer issues and had sent me a invoice bill and a cd with all the anti virus software to my postal address. i am very happy with there services. so please verify and post comments

if someone has issues with there computer wouldnt they have it fixed up straight away? $200 for a paper invoice and cd, are you serious

what the hell are you saying? i am staying in Brisbane in Australia and if you have any queries you can come down to my home? global computer maintenance department is a genuine and a legitimate company and i am totally satisfied with there services they provided... no one can change my opinion  towards that company.......
