Claimed to be from American Express and wanted me to enter a code into a EFTPOS terminal. Although friendly, seemed sus and unprofessional.

Claimed to be from American Express. Call was unsolicited and no action was initiated by us to want American Express; but apparently it was a welcoming call - which was strangely being recorded. He wanted us to enter a code into our EFTPOS machine. When I advise him that I wouldn't enter in any codes, he abruptly hung up.
