Rang and left message with their number plus my reference number. Re. Reference number, I wrongly assumed I must have won something. Took me multiple voicemail listens to get all the phone number/ref number correct, only to find out ,after ringing and waiting on hold etc, that original call was just them wanting me to support them again. Convoluted, long-winded reference number was only so they could find my details easily. What annoying waste of my time. Bit disappointing, too.
