I keep blocking the number but they know phone on a different number, currently 6 numbers blocked and I have asked them to stop calling me when I have picked up.

The companies they represent are the ones who give them your information, it may not be just them randomly calling but if they say who they are representing it's that Company you need to give that random number to. If they don't answer then put the number on here. Answer the call but don't confirm your details.

I believe that it's from an insurance company, you put your details in for some competition and your number gets passed out to every
insurance company in Australia! It gets to a point of harrassment...then you go off at the person who calls you next....thennn they get pissed off
at how you abused them and they proceed to prank call you on a continuous basis...maybe even pass your number around for other companies to do the same.

this number has been calling me every couple of days since I've entered a competition.

the final straw was a call at 6:33am Saturday morning !!!

Over 7 calls every day for a week now. Starts at around 8am and got one last night at 10.45pm!!! Surely this is not legal? Never ever leaves a message so I knew it was not a friend or relative. How do I stop this? What are my rights?

Yep, I've Blocked them from many different numbers

this number calls at least three times a day between 8;30am and 7;30pm. and never leave a message, not once!
I answered once and asked them to "stop calling me", made no difference.

Apparently I enetered details online and have one a funeral insurance policy valued at $15,000. I didn’t wait on the line long enough to find out how I was going to be paying for my prize lol
