Caller: Aveo This organisation (https://www.aveo.com.au/) has been calling my mobile phone from (07) 3082 3035 continuously for the past 7 months between 06:37 and 14:24, Monday to Saturday. On some days, I have received multiple calls from the same caller.
Out of these unsolicited calls, voicemail messages were left on behalf of Aveo for approximately 70% of the calls until June.
I have tried to return a call to request no further contact but it was not convenient to wait on hold.
It appears Aveo has received my number from someone else (I have not made any enquiries with Aveo and I am not currently in the market for any retirement living or homecare products or services from Aveo or any other provider).
The high frequency of these unsolicited calls has caused inconvenience and unnecessary stress for me. I have blocked (07) 3082 3035 but it is concerning that they still continue to attempt to call me on a frequent basis over such an extended period, despite the apparent lack of interest.
I have registered my mobile phone number with the Australian Communications and Media Authority’s Do Not Call Register. This morning, I even wrote to Aveo's CEO, COO, Head of Sales and Head of Marketing and now I have received another call from Aveo this afternoon from this number (for the first time).
