Caller: Scam

Claim to be Telstra technical department and want remote access to my computer. (I have no Telstra services.)

When I pointed this out and said it sounded like a scam, they hung up immediately.

they will call and hang up or call and leave a msg to have you call them back , this company is known to host scam calls so just block them

This caller has really made a mess of my Landline and now I cannot receive or make calls. I have endeavoured to block this caller as they constantly ring using this number.

Missed two calls from this number so far:

No messages left so far. If a message is not left on the next inbound, number will be blocked.

Claimed to be from Telstra, I told her I'm not a Telstra customer, she said, 'Yes, ma'am, I know', started to spin some story about a fault or an error, IDK. I asked her how to spell her name (Biyanak), then I asked for her supervisor's name. She promptly hung up. May karma find you, Biyanak, and everyone you love.

Caller: Pretending to be Telstra

Caller telling me that lots of errors have been found for my Telstra internet. This is a scam call.

Pretending to be a business they are not. Wanting access to my PC. I'm in IT, I don't have a problem

Caller: A male voice with a definite Indian accent - sounded mid aged.

Claimed to be from Telstra. Wanted me to do a speed test on my phone. I dont have any telstra services.

Called himself Alex but obviously Indian. Said he was from Telstra and wanted me to do a speed test on my internet due to non specific problems. As soon as I said I wasn't able to do that right now he rudely said it's very important. I said I'm sure it is and he abruptly hung up.

(07) 3080 0004 no answer when picked up. now blocked

Claimed to be Telstra and that my wifi was broadcasting in public mode. I told them I don't have Telstra internet and the lady was adamant Telstra issues the IP addresses to other providers. I hung up and called my provider which said that was not true and probably a scam

Keeps calling number with no message left

Kept calling but never left messages when unanswered. When answered, no one on the end of the and hung up.

Called me twice today and didn't leave a message.

Unsolicited call.

No idea who you are, number blocked

Another pain that didn’t leave a message. I don’t answer calls from numbers I don’t know. I’ve been hacked before, twice.
