Claiming to be from Westpac, knew my name. Didn't trust number so I hanged up and called westpac directly

Claimed to be from Westpac. Sounded like they were high. Mentioned an email that I never received. Wanted me to clarify personal details. Wouldn't tell me what the call was about unless I confirm who I was. They called me not the other way around so I just hung up.

Caller: Westpac Business Banking (legitimate) Left message to call back on 132 142 (it is a legitimate Westpac Business Banking number). Calling about upcoming changes to business account operating rules. Also received emails confirming same.
