Answered and it was a digital recording saying the the Australian Government had "finally told me" that my passport has been used inappropriately. You could choose 1 for English or 2 for Chinese.
I am a Kiwi so I think I would be called by the NZ government rather than the Aus government first.

I answered and a prerecorded voice said something about my Visa and bank account. Hung up.

Claim they are Visa Card Fraud Unit ringing about transactions which happened in New Zealand
