According to Telstra this number is not in use... It is about time that the script kiddies are replaced by programmers who know what they are doing! If a number can be displayed on a phone and that number is NOT IN USE, then that discovery should be made on Telstra's end and the call should be prevented. They throw it in the "too hard" basket because it will cost money, but hey, WE are the ones who provide them with that profit so a bit more service please!
