Phone call received 18 Apr 2018 at 6:51pm. in New Zealand. Nobody answered then call was cut. No conversation. No identification. Possible scam call?

Survey so scammers can bypass laws...give them your details and all sorts of faux charities will call and never stop bar them and they just use another no they have 10 of thousands nothing we can do and if a business you have to answer the phone by gum!!...its TIME the Gov did something about this...I get 9 or 10 calls a week just so I can waste my time fun fun fun [not]

Got a call from this number today but I was diving so I called them back when I got home it rang a few times then the call dropped out like they had rejected the gonna keep ringing them till they answer coz I LOVE trolling scammers

I'm on the do not call register and they keep ringing me. I have added several of their numbers to my auto rejection list. But despite their name they are not a charity and therefore are not supposed to ring me anyway

Calling on a regular basis and I let call go to message bank, however no message left. It is incredibly frustrating as now I do not answer any call from any number I do not recognise and I am on the Do Not Call Register

Phone call from 00116161730734207, did not answer the call no message left - caller is now blocked on my phone. Call initially a few days apart now approx. 2 months since the last call. Hopefully they will give up eventually.

I've answered once, politely said "no thank you". Now they call me twice a day, everyday, including weekends. I haven't answered since the first time, but this has been going on for months!! And they get paid for it? I want that job!!

I've received calls from this number but didn't answer. If you want to check if the business name is registered in Australia, you can look on the ASIC website http://www.asic.gov.au/ under 'search our registers', companies and organisations. You'll find that neither 'My Charity Survey' or 'Australian Charity Surveys' are registered business names in Australia. The other option is to look at the Australian Business Register, ABN Lookup https://www.abr.business.gov.au/SearchIndex.aspx . This is probably the quickest option and - if the name exists - it will also tell you whether the organisation is registered with the Australian Charities and Not for Profits Commission (ACNC) and whether it is a deductible gift recipient (ie whether they are registered with the Australian Taxation Office to enable you to claim a tax deduction).

As the number cannot be called back, it is most defiantly a SCAM!! The ACMA REQUIRES and is by LAW that the 'company' has some form of callback number.
Charities, Companies (I.E. Optus, Telstra, etc.), "Survey S**t" and etc. are REQUIRED BY LAW (ACMA Rules of Telemarketing) to have a CALLBACK NUMBER!
If you are unable to call the number back (Disconnected, etc.), next time they call, attempt to request as much information as you can, then REPORT them to the ACMA for scam, fraud and breaching the terms and conditions of operating a Call Center (Telemarketer, Survey, etc.).
YES, THEY ARE IN FACT BREAKING/BREACHING THE LAW/TERMS OF OPERATION!!
I'm waiting for their next call from 'this number', so that I can abuse the living hell out of them for using a "disconnected" number, and also state to them the ACMA Rules and Regulations! I have done so with several "others", and have yet to receive another call from them :D.

Got a call from both this number and one ending in 209. Lady said she was from Australian Charity Surveys. I told her we do not do surveys. She said that she wasn't doing a survey so I asked her the name of her company and once again she said Australian Charity surveys. I told her that if she didn't do surveys, she should change the name of her company. She hung up.

I have an unlisted number and since going onto NBN I get daily calls that go to answering machine with no message left by callers . (07) 3073 4207 is one such number. When I rang the number (dropping the 61 and inserting 0 telstra message information number could not be connected.
