Called claiming I was involved in a traffic accident entitled to damages however could not produce any information. Asked me for my current address I declined and he hung up. Tried to call back but number just disconnects

Decided to let ring through (all the way). Called back to ring once then automatic disconnection.

Claimed to be calling regarding an accident, got pretty defensive when I called him a scammer but was not able to give me an information about where, when or what vehicles were involved in this accident

Honestly what is their point? Phone someone and then hang up! I'm sick of turning off my machines just to answer these calls

Ditto a car accident "claim" but address was wrong so told him I did not live at that (interstate) address so he went away (I hope)

Played along , had no personal information and said I was entitled to between 10-15k for an accident that occurred within the last 12 months , apparently I reside in Western Australia !

They’ve called me twice in the past 2 days. I haven’t answered but they’ve left me 2 voicemails. One was just heavy breathing and the other was pretty much silent

all numbers should be identifiable on reverse lookup

I called back number (07) 3073 2494 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
