Caller: A scammer

This is Telstra calling from Melbourne Victoria, we have noticed a lot of hacking going on.
I called him a scammer & he hung up.
Their was a delay in the call, obviously from overseas, saying he was from Victoria yet it was an 07 Brisbane number

Said he was from Commonwealth Bank Security, that someone in USA had accessed my account to transfer $800. Wanted me to verify … asked for a number to call him back and conversation became heated. Eventually he told me to ‘shut my mouth and listen’, so I hung up. Obvious scam, but had a bit of fun getting cross at him. :) 6th May 2023 at 3pm.

Visa card scam call regarding charges on Amazon account. It's a recorded message.

An automated message saying "an charge of $170 will be charged to my account... blah blah blah..." and I hung up and blocked the number.... I just got my new mobile number 3 days ago and the scammers already have it... how the f... does that happen?!!!!

They called saying there was a problem with my internet connection. When I told them that I didn't have one, they asked "not even a mobile phone with internet" I said that's not the same thing and they hung up lol.

They hung up when I answered

Caller: scammer

Had call from this number it was delayed. Claimed to be verification department from Major Aust Bank. Ended up hanging up on me when I asked for Name to verify with bank and was recording call for police if you weren't from bank.
