Received a call from "Telstra Internet Security" in very poor english. When I said "Your are not Telstra Internet Security are you?", he hung up immediately. Background noise suggested it was a call centre of some type.

Said was from Amazon and my details needed verification … I terminated call and blocked this number … had same call from (08) 7092 2517 and (08) 7092 2579 … Scammers !

SCAM: A recorded message that said that I had an invoice of $250 from Ebay...If this is incorrect, press 1, etc...

Caller: Security from Visa/mastercard

Said he was ringing about payment of $1700.00 to Silicon Tour Travel, asked him his name and contact number and told him I would ring him back. Contact number he provided was (02) 8092 4328, name Jem Smartin. Hung up and checked numbers provided

When this number called me & said they were from MasterCard security, I said I don’t think so, you are just trying to scam me. They then said Fu...yourself !!!;and hung up
