Caller: Said Telstra

Regarding Telstra internet connection and when I said I'm not with Telstra they said Telstra supplies every company including Optus and Vodafone.

Scam

Had 4 calls - always from somewhere different. Before I hang up on them, I like to ask if their mum is proud of what they do for a living

Didn't answer and blocked number. After reading all the reviews I'm glad I did. These scammer SCUM should have their tongue cut out.

Saying there was a large charge on my Visa OR Mastercard that I needed to authorise by pushing #2 on my phone.

Sad individuals

Someone claiming he was from the NBN and was ringing to help me fix the problem with my internet. I told him I didn't have a problem. Kept him on the phone for 8 minutes. Every time I asked a question that wasn't part of his script he got very confused. I told him that this was a scam call, that his boss was a criminal and that he needed to get a better job and do something better with his life.

They would not talk just breathing in phone

Told them you have rung the Sperm Bank they hung up

Sound of gun firing.. x 3 .. Not very original...

Caller: Scam - pretending to be from eBay calling about a suspicious transaction

Asked the caller to confirm my name, they hung up

Caller: Telstra/scam

Said I’ve been personally selected out of one of 250 customers to receive extra benefits then proceeded to give me incorrect details so I hung up

Caller: Said commonwealth bank

Claimed I’d made overseas transaction which they were checking validity of and did I know John Anderson. Said NO to both and hung up.

Caller: FaceTime hang up sound

They hung up when I said hello, but not after hearing the sound for FaceTime connecting. Blocked.

Caller: Scam

Said he was from “eBay” then I said he was a scammer and he hung up

Caller: Cryto Investment company

(08) 7092 2597 - picked up this call, caller said he is calling from a Cryto Investment company, I told him I am not interested and hung up.
Within a few seconds, received call from 0480 900 006 - the same guy - I hung up!
Another few seconds, received call from (07) 3073 1451 (this number) - the same guy asking me not to hang up on him - I hung up and blocked all 3 numbers on my mobile.

Scammers - said they were from Visa and Mastercard calling about a transaction on my card in Poland. I asked what bank and they said Visa and Mastercard. I told her to stop scamming people and she hung up.

Scammers pretending to be Commonwealth Bank saying it was a "verification call" to confirm whether I had authorised a payment of $800. I'm not even with Commonwealth Bank. I told them I knew it was a scam and they hung up immediately.

Answered call, no one there, call was put on hold. From comments here this is obviously a scam. (14.3.23)
