Caller: claimed to be amazon

robo-voice saying amazon prime would be renewed for $99 on a certain date. i hung up because i don't have prime.

Scammer. block

Caller: Heavy Indian accent

Called claiming to be from Microsoft asking who the primary user of the computer in my house and said there is something urgent yada yada Put put put.

Call to say 1800 withdrawn from Commonwealth bank and to press 1
Or2 . Hung up but when tried to call back call not connected.

She wanted to speak to me (knew my surname) and claimed to be from Visa and Mastercard. Said there was a problem with 2 transactions for $300 amd $200.

Received a call from this unknown number. Did not answer and glad not to have now that I have seen the above comments. Blocked and deleted.

Caller: Scammer

Fraudster claiming to be from Visa and Mastercard about my CommBank Visa and Mastercard. When I told her I didn't have either of those cards, she said Tell me then, how did CommBank get this number"? They knew my name.

Claimed to have an e-bay order that was needing to be paid! Also returned a call via (03) 5443 9784! Requested a connection to https://zassist.us/h0m ! Seems very much fraudulent!

Caller: Claimed to be from a Bank or payments

SCAM for sure. Called to advise they had a transaction on hold for $499 as I had insufficient funds and it looked suspicious, so calling to check I had requested this transfer / payment before they try to release the funds. I am sure he said he was from Commonwealth bank. I said i didn't have a CBA account, he then said he wasn't calling from the bank but a Visa Transfer place, hard to understand due to heavy Indian accent and noise of call centre in background. Advised I would contact my bank direct and hung up.

Caller: Unknown

Male with heavy Indian accent advising from Mastercard Fraud department. Said purchases had been made on visa/Mastercard from overseas. When told I did not make purchases he advised he would now block the purchases. Asked me to add him through a remote access app so he could block the IP trying to access for future. He refused to provide a contact number for verification and after refusing him remote access to my phone he told me he would not block the purchase unless I added him to the app. SCAMMER BEWARE!!!

Claimed card debited for $$$. Another moron.

Telling me i had important papers at the Brisbane embassy that needed to be picked up straight away. No i don't.

I didnt answer the call as not listed in my contacts and suprise suprise...no message left !! Im assuming another yobo !!

Caller: A computer voice

have had 2 different ones today this number and 1 claiming to be from WA/NT claiming I had purchased a $500 gift card from Ebay then something else but I stopped listening and hit the REPORT button on my phone. I don't even use Ebay and I don't have $500.

Robo call said they were from Amazon Prime and my subscription was about to be auto renewed of $99.
