Caller: Qld Communicaton Group

Called and identified as Qld Communictions group to advise they were doing "works" on the NBN line next week. Got a bit defensive when I said I wasn't interested in it.
Also wanted to confirm our business address but I said no.

Called from NSW Communications group. Would not answer any of my questions and asked a lot of her own which I did not answer.

Someone calling saying they wanted to verify our details before telling us about some NBN disruptions in our area. Just fishing for database information.

Female caller, didn't give name, claimed to be from 'NSW Communication group', despite number being based in Queensland. Began asking very personal questions. Seems like phishing scam to me.

She said she's from the NSW Communication group, confirming our address, asking if we had any disruptions in the past week. Then asking which service providers we use, how many hand held telephones we have and if my telephone number was the only direct contact. No information was given, she sounded pushy to get answers. She said she'll call again another time.

Caller: NSW Communications Group

Received a call from NSW Communications Group advising on work on NBN lines which may disrupt our phone & internet. She asked how many handsets, make of handset, internet provider, contact mobile number, Managers name & Directors name. When I replied she was asking too many questions & insisting on Directors name she hung up.

Same info as above, this is a cold call looking for information to call back to try to sell or scam

I had call this morning - will be doing NBN upgrade next Friday (Australia Day). Call felt suss so I ended it.

Qld Communication Group doing NBN upgrade, didn't like being asked questions and wanted owner name and address and information about phone numbers.
Apparently doing work over christmas period. Second time they have rang in the past few weeks.

Called and identified as "Ricki from Qld Communications Group". She said they were doing fibreoptic upgrade to the NBN infrastructure in our area and wanted us to confirm all our contact details. When I asked for a phone number to verify who they were before providing info they said they could send me an email. When I asked where they were based, the line went silent, so I hung up.

As with other comments here, "Ricky" rang from QLD Communications Group to advise doing work on the NBN and wanted to confirm business details (which they already had), information on our phones, and any other direct numbers we may have. This is a spam/scam.

Called to say they were doing work in our area and wanted to know how many handsets and the brand of the handset in case there were any outages. Wanted the director's name and mobile number so they could inform them if there were any outages.

Rang and identified herself from NSW Communications Group, calling regarding local NBN works and asked if there had been any internet issues in last 7 days. Apologised for disruptions, asked who our internet was with stated a few well known companies, confirmed our business address and phone number, asked how many phone line/ handsets our business had that would be affected by any works.
First time receiving this call

Ricky rang from "NSW Communications group" on behalf of the NBN asked if i'd had any internet drop outs in the last 7 days. Confirmed my business address (he had and was correct) then asked if who we had internet with and listed a few companies. Second time in 2 weeks, same questions.
