They didn't speak and finally hung up. Added to my Scam caller list and blocked.

They didn’t say anything and just hung up after a few seconds after I picked up.

Tried to ring the number back and the call was picked up but no one answered. Instead kept making the ‘ringing’ sound.

Kept ringing. Asked about my power bill. I currently don't have any power bills, so no idea how they have my number or name. Asked to speak to the bill payer of my household and when I told them I wasn't at home they hung up.
