Just called me, unprofessional guy said he was from Telstra then asked me to confirm who I was by stating my full name and date of birth. He called me so he should know. Don't give that info out to people who call you! I hung up and blocked the number on my mobile.

Exceptionally rude man. Rang me from this number stating he was from Telstra and asked me for my personal information. Became quite aggressive when I refused to give him my personal details. Turns out he was from a dealership and not Telstra at all.

the man on the call stated he was from telstra, (which in fact he was from a third party dealer in Brisbane) and wanted me to confirm my personal and company details and when I would not, until he told me where he was from and what the call was about, he was then abusive on the phone and then hung up and started calling a few of my business's on their landlines and was doing the same to my staff. I have lodged a formal complaint with Telstra, The telecommunications Ombudsman and the ACCC as he Breached the privacy act by telling my staff it was regarding NBN services for a different site than the one he called.
