getting many calls from this number as well

This company rang on the same day at 2:40 PM, 2:42PM & 2:44PM . The first call was from Rick who advised that the company was Premium Group and they were a financial company wanting to provide us with taxation advice, told them I was not interested as I had my own accountant and financial advisor. When the third call came through I advised them if their company rang again I would report them as a nuisance call. As I was typing this message I received another call at 2:52 from the same company. Why are these companies allowed to ring so many times and disrupt people who are trying to work.
